Barbara A, (Guzewicz) McNabb

Barbara A. (Guzewicz) McNabb of  Steel St. Born in Auburn, NY, daughter of the late Bernard (Guzzy) and Ann (Deacy) Guzewicz.  She was a graduate of Central High School and Cayuga Community College.  Barb devoted the past 23 years working at Hillside Family of Agencies, Auburn Campus.  She was a proud member of the Loyal Order of Moose and the SK Post.  She loved enjoying every moment of life making memories with her family and friends.

Barb was predeceased by her husband, Douglas McNabb Sr., and grandchildren Brandon Thomas Nauseef and Brenna Ryan McNabb. 

Mrs. McNabb is survived by her children: Richard (Tricia) of Latham, Amy (Chris) Nauseef of Auburn, Douglas Jr. (Aida) of Buffalo, Stacey (Ray) Grant of Champlain, Gary of Glens Falls, and Michael (Melissa) Guzewicz of Rochester.  Eleven grandchildren: Alyssa, Rhiannon, Vernon, Dakotah, Kayla, Aaron, Lily, Keira, Dakotah, Mia and Eli.   Seven brothers:  Robert (Linda) Guzewicz, Charles (Laurie) Guzewicz, William (Carol) Guzewicz, Bernard Jr. (Susan) Guzewicz, Anthony Guzewicz, Paul Guzewicz, and Chris (Denise) Guzewicz.  Two sisters:  Susan Phillips (Bill Gronau), and Mary Guzewicz (Marty Gauger).  Several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian burial will be offered for Barb on Monday March 4, 2019 at 10:30 in St. Mary’s Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Fleming, NY

Family and friends are invited to Barb’s visitation hours, Sunday March 3, 2019 from 2- 5 p.m. in the Heieck – Pelc Funeral Home, LLC 42 E.Genesee St. Auburn, and NY.
