Dorothy DeOrio, 83 of Auburn died peacefully Wednesday June 14, 2017 in Auburn Community Hospital.
Mrs. DeOrio was born in Auburn the daughter of John and Anna Barnicky Kokowsky. Koko lived all her life in Auburn.  She retired from General Electric and General Products. She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church.
Surviving Mrs. DeOrio are her loving husband Nicholas, her children and their spouses, Francis and Lynda DeOrio, Donna and Joseph Blumrick and Nicholas and Jennifer DeOrio; and her grandchildren Danielle and Jamie Blumrick, Lauren and Alisyn DeOrio.
Mrs. DeOrio was predeceased by her siblings John "Boris" Kokowsky and Anna Durvetsky.
In accordance with Mrs. DeOrio’s wishes there will be no calling hours. Family and friends are invited to her Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Heart Church on Friday June 16, 2017 at 10:30 a.m.  Entombment will be in St. Joseph’s Mausoleum, Fleming, NY.
