Robert Lee Radford

Robert Lee Radford died unexpectedly on December 14, 2017 at Auburn Community Hospital at the age of 69. A retired cook and Navy veteran, he was predeceased by his father, John “Jack” Henry Radford (1958) and a daughter, Joanne Radford-Siracusa.

 Robert is survived by his mother, Barbara (Radford) Tanner; and his life partner of 37 years, Paula Hasenjager. Prior to Paula, he was married to Virginia Sczerby, with whom he has two surviving sons; Robert and Richard, both of Auburn, NY. Robert is also survived by brother John Radford (Windsor, VT); Timothy (Auburn); and sister Mary Ann (Keisler) of Aiken, SC. Paula’s relatives include brother Rusty and Betty Hasenjager; sister Brickey McConnell and Mike; sister Ann Jones (Florida); niece Melissa and nephews Jared and Scott.

A private celebration of life will be held for the family and close friends in the near future.
