Thomas A. Hornbrook

Thomas A. Hornbrook, 69, of Martville, New York passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2018 in the evening surrounded by his loving wife and family.  Thomas was born in Montour, NY on May 22, 1948 and was the first of Raymond and Dorthay Hornbrook’s four children.  He retired from Anheuser Busch in Baldwinsville, N.Y.  Thomas is a veteran of the Navy.  That is when he met the love of his life, Sharon (Kennedy).   They were married on May 20, 1968 in Ithaca, N.Y.  They were happy to move into their home in Martville with their three children in 1977.  Nothing was more important to Thomas than family and friends.  He lived his life in service to them, and he guided by example of honesty, integrity, and commitment.  He loved spending time outside and planting a garden each spring with his wife Sharon.  He was very proud of all of his children and grandchildren.  He will be missed immensely by his family and friends.  Thomas is survived by his loving wife Sharon; sister, Dawna; brothers, John and Raymond; two sons, Thomas Jr. and Keith; daughter, Patty; five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.  Thomas was predeceased by his son Raymond.  The family will receive friends from 1-3:00 p.m. on Saturday Feb.10, 2018 with service immediately following at 3:15 p.m.at the Heieck-Pelc Funeral Home, LLC 42 E. Genesee St. Auburn, N.Y.
