Tricia Sunny Hoyt

Tricia Sunny Hoyt, 35, of Tinley Park, IL formally of Auburn, NYpassed away suddenly on Sunday, November 5th in Bolingbrook, IL. She was born on May 3, 1982 in Auburn, New York and moved to the Chicago South Suburbs 10 years ago.  She is survived by her parenting partner, (Gene) Joe Swierczewski; Loving mother of Sunny Marie and Shayne Thomas; Devoted daughter of Donna Plis and the late “Sonny” Ralph Hoyt of Auburn, NY; Dear sister of Gary Weed and Kimberly (Ed) Szozda; and fond aunt of Sarah Szozda. Tricia was a cherished family member to Gary Weed Sr., Carol and Nancy Jordan. Tricia was also a beloved member of the Gene & Pam Swierczewski family. Tricia is also survived by many loving cousins, friends, and co-workers.  

Memorial services will be held in both New York and Illinois. Interment is private. Calling hours for Tricia will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at Heieck-Pelc Funeral Home, LLC 42 E. Genesee St. Auburn, NY from 4-6 pm. Funeral services will be private.

The Illinois Memorial Service will be held on Monday, November 13, 2017 at St. Lawrence O’Toole Catholic Church 4101 St. Lawrence Avenue, Matteson, IL 60443. Visitation begins at 10:00 A.M. with Mass beginning at 11:00 A.M. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions to Sunny & Shayne Swierczewski would be appreciated.
