Gary S. Carpenter

Gary S. Carpenter, 50, passed away unexpectedly on Feb. 3, 2018 at his home.

Gary was employed for many years by Auburn Siding, Window and Door where he excelled at his carpentry skills. Gary was an avid fan of the New York Yankees, and Chicago Bears. He also loved listening to music.

Gary was a loving father to his daughter Jessica and his granddaughter Julianna with whom he had an extremely close relationship.

Gary is survived by his parents Roger Carpenter of Auburn, Dawn (Ed) Franke of Indiana, sister Lynn ( Jim) Edwards of Florida, daughter Jessica and granddaughter Julianna, and grandmother Mary Kay Kott, niece Shelbi Carpenter and nephew Jeffrey DeCaro, several aunts, uncles, his extended family and a special friend Gordy Church.

Gary was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Edwin and Beatrice Carpenter, maternal grandparents Albin Kott and Helen Quinn.

Family and friends are invited to attend his funeral service on Saturday Feb. 17, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. in the Heieck – Pelc Funeral Home, LLC 42 E.Genesee St. Auburn. Calling hours are from 1- 2:45 p.m. prior to his service.
