Jane R. Applebee, 84, of Port Byron died unexpectedly Monday October 28, 2013 in Auburn Community Hospital.
Mrs. Applebee was born in Auburn the daughter of Ignatius and Mary Kot Sidor. Mrs. Applebee lived most of her life in the Port Byron area. Jane was an avid card player and loved board games with her family.
Mrs. Applebee is survived by her daughters Deborah Ellis of Auburn and MaryLynn Applebee( James Guy) of Cayuga. Her sons Gregory Applebee of Montezuma and Fred Applebee ( Terry Alfred) of Port Byron . Sisters ; Mrs. Peter Florence Jurczek and Mrs. Edward Stella Colella of Auburn. Daughter-in-law Roberta Applebee of Port Byron. Jane was always proud of her 10 Grandchildren and 10 Great-grandchildren. Including several nieces and nephews.
Jane was predeceased by husband Irvin, son Dennis, her sisters; Jennie Fabrizio, Helen Gavurnik and Loretta Plis, and brothers William and Edward Sidor.
Family and friends are invited to call on Friday Nov. 1, 2013 from 3-6 p.m. in the Audioun Funeral Home, LLC. 218 Main St. Port Byron with Jane’s funeral service to follow at 6:15 p.m.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be sent to the Port Byron Fire Dept. Ambulance fund P.O. Box 367 Port Byron, NY 13140 in memory of Jane.
