Ruby Noga, 94, of Auburn, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2024 in Auburn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
Ruby was born in Pensacola, FL, on January 17, 1930 the daughter of Hiram and Myrtle Dunaway. She retired from General Electric after retirement she enjoyed camping trips with her family, gardening and making homemade pierogis every Friday at St. Hyacinth Church.
Mrs. Noga is survived by her two sons and spouses David (Elizabeth) Noga of Florida and Andrew (Nancy) Noga of Auburn; two sisters Evelyn Davidson of TX, and Carolyn Burke of AL. Son in-law Richard Pelc. Grandchildren; Rick and Shawn Pelc, Ryan (Ashley) Noga, Julie (Nick) D’Alessandro: great grandchildren Grace, Ruby, Vincent and Anna; very special God Child Donna Derby, best friend Josephine Stine and many nieces and nephews.
Ruby was predeceased by her parents, her husband Henry, daughter Mary Pelc, siblings Effie Sunday, Clara Carlson, Vera Greenway and James Dunaway.
Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday April 3, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. with a Mass of Christian burial will be offered at 11:00 a.m. in St. Hyacinth Church 61 Pulaski St. Auburn, NY. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Fleming, NY.
