Tracy Lynn Horton, our very special angel, joined her beloved mother Barbara Lee, grandmother Mary Lee, uncle Art Lee and housemates Pat and April on February 27, 2015.
Tracy’s love and affection will be greatly missed. She had a contagious smile and a very special way about her. Tracy’s humor, quick wit, and hugs will be forever cherished by those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Tracy enjoyed her life to the fullest. She enjoyed music, dancing, daily walks for coffee, polish food and Friday night gatherings with her family. She was an avid football fan and could tell you anything about any team or player. Of course, Tracy’s favorite team was whoever was winning at the time, but she did have a love for the Dallas Cowboys.
Tracy is survived by her housemates Darcy, Jo and Carrisa. She is also survived by her Aunt Virgie Pelc, Uncle Bill and Aunt Barbara Lee; cousins Steve, Rick, Bill, John, Mary Jo, Jeffrey and Laura and extended family, the Graney’s, especially Betsy and Bill, who were a big part of her life.
Tracy’s family would like to extend a very sincere thank you to all of the caregivers over the years that helped make Tracy’s life so happy. Also, a special thank you to the Staff at Strong Memorial Hospital for the excellent care that was provided.
A calling hour will be held at 9 a.m. prior to the service.
Services to honor Tracy’s life will be held on Saturday May 2, 2015 at 10:00am in Sacred Heart Church, officiated by her special friend Fr. James Enright.
